Refund policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, uninstalled, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info@artamore.com. 2. Return Shipping Costs

For Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products: If the item is defective or damaged during transit, you can file a claim directly through Seel, provided you purchased Seel Package Protection at checkout (subject to Seel's eligibility and policy). However, if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately; we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a return shipping label.

For Customer Remorse: If you are returning the item for personal reasons (e.g., incorrect size, change of mind), you are solely responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Please note that Seel does not provide coverage or compensation for returns made for personal reasons. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Damages and Issues
Due to the fragile nature of some of our home decor products, ceramics, and lighting fixtures, please inspect your order upon reception. If you purchased Seel Package Protection, claims for items damaged or lost in transit should be submitted directly through the Seel Resolution Center. For any other issues, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Lighting fixtures, furniture, or home decor items that have already been assembled, installed, or modified. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@artamore.com.
8. Seel Package Protection (Optional)
At checkout, you may be presented with the option to purchase Seel Package Protection. This is an optional service provided by our third-party partner.

Package Protection: Provides compensation for orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

Please note: This service is only available for select countries, regions, and eligible products, and it does not cover return shipping costs for customer remorse or change of mind. If you purchased Seel protection and need to file a claim for a damaged or lost package, please follow the instructions in your Seel confirmation email. If you declined this protection, our standard return policies apply.
