Established in 2022, X-ZOO is a design studio founded in ARCHITECTURE. We believe that 'CREATION GROWS FREELY', and that a work’s birth precedes its definition. Designers are dedicated to breaking down the traditional categorization and understanding of design disciplines, striving to integrate and find balance amidst differences. Never limit or define the rules of creation and presentation of works, ensuring that from inception to use, each piece remains free and vibrant. We design works' form of life; you endow it with multifaceted possibilities and a unique emotional story.

MARGIE ZHAO

Studying under the mentorship of Bernard Tschumi, Dan wood and other inflential architects. Margie developed unique understanding of design philosophy, aesthetics and spatial system. Her work breaks the boundaries of traditional academic fields and seeks for experimental design and expression.

XINRU WEI

Design focuses on the research and application of material and structure. Integrating crossdisciplinary concepts into her work. As oppose to pure functionality, she pays more attention to the emotional and sensory impact created by the object or space.
